Privacy notice
This page describes what actually happens on gamingci.com and its demo application today. It is intentionally written to match the current, small scope of this deployment rather than a generic template — it will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before any commercial launch, and updated if that changes what is collected.
The marketing website (gamingci.com)
This site is static — plain HTML and CSS with no client-side tracking script, no analytics, and no advertising technology of any kind. Your browser requests pages and images from a web server; that server's standard hosting logs (the kind any web server produces — requested path, timestamp, and the IP address the request came from) may exist for operational and security purposes, but nothing here builds a profile of you, sets a tracking cookie, or shares data with a third party for advertising.
The demo application (demo.gamingci.com)
The demo application requires you to sign in with an account we have provisioned for you. Once signed in, we set a single session cookie that keeps you logged in — it is required for the application to function and is not used for tracking or advertising (see the cookies page for detail). The account itself holds the name and email address used to provision it, your display preferences (currency, timezone), and a record of your own sign-ins, kept for security purposes (detecting unusual access, investigating a reported problem). We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for marketing.
The commercial data shown inside the demo application (Aurora Gaming Group) is entirely synthetic — fictional operator names and fictional performance figures, generated for demonstration purposes. It is not real operator, supplier, or player data.
What we do not do
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your data to train a third-party AI model.
Contact
This deployment does not yet have a monitored public contact address (see the security disclosure guidance in the project's engineering documentation) — if you were invited to this demo, please use the channel your GamingCI contact already gave you.
